What is your return policy?
In accordance with current legal provisions, you have 30 days from receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the product received does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us before returning the item.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that exceptions may apply to the return of certain personalized products, hygiene products, etc.
If the product is returned worn, incomplete, worn, dirty or damaged and/or the return conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse this return and the item cannot be returned or refunded.
The shoes will have to having been worn only to try them on. The soles must be smooth and show no scratches.
THE boxes must be returned in perfect condition and cannot serve of simple container for a possible back.

How to return an item ?
If you wish to return an item, please send us an email, indicating your first and last name, postal and email address, the order number, specifying the item(s) concerned and the reasons for your return.
Items must be shipped within 14 days of the day of delivery.
You are responsible for any possible damage to the item upon return. Therefore, it is recommended to return the product(s) properly packaged. We also recommend that you provide us with the tracking number for the return package.
The item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, with their label and in their original packaging and condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial payment.
If the product is returned worn, incomplete, worn, dirty or damaged and/or the return conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse this return and the item cannot be returned or refunded.
What are the delivery times ?
Items in stock are generally shipped within 5 working days via the channel you choose when ordering, without of course taking into account delivery times once handed over to the carrier. However, as most items are not in stock in our local warehouse, we must in turn order from the supplier, receive them and then ship them to you. This process generally takes between 2 to 4 weeks.
An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped with your tracking number.
Delivery times are generally 5 to 7 business days in Canada. Allow approximately 5 to 10 working days for the United States and Mexico. And up to 15 days for international
If there is a delay in shipping, you will be informed.
We are in no way responsible for the delay, loss or theft of your package.
Shipping costs will be communicated to you when paying for your order. They will be offered to you for any order over $200 within Canada.
